Pumpkin Spice Toast

This is a high-protein breakfast you are sure to love. Pumpkin Spice Toast has 14g of protein per slice and a delicious flavor from our FlavCity Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie, so you can feel like you are indulging with every bite!

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 scoop FlavCity Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie
  • Chopped pecans
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 slices Base Culture bread
  • 1 tbsp 4th & Heart Vanilla Ghee

Directions

  • Using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese and FlavCity Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie until smooth and creamy. This may take 3-5 minutes on
    low-medium speed, if the cream cheese is not at room temp.
  • Toast the bread on the griddle with some vanilla ghee.
  • Either smear the cream cheese on the toast with a knife or get fancy and pipe it using a piping bag.
  • Top with chopped pecans and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice.
  • Enjoy!
